Cold Read provides perspective on conversations for self-reflection. It is not therapy, legal advice, or a substitute for professional help.
The service
Cold Read analyzes text you provide and returns an interpretive “read.” Outputs are opinions based on patterns in the text, not objective truth. Use your own judgment; we are not liable for decisions you make based on a decode.
Your content
You retain ownership of conversations and content you submit. You grant us permission to process that content to deliver the service. Don't submit content you don't have the right to share.
Payments
Paid features are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled per Stripe and your account settings. One-time decode purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered; contact support for billing issues.
Acceptable use
Don't use Cold Read for harassment, surveillance, or stalking. The product is intended for reflecting on your own conversations and relationships, not for harming others or violating law.
